In order to anticipate this development, it is necessary to make the indoor climate tangible, understand what a good indoor climate is for the individual and recommend improvements before the bad indoor climate affects us.

We provide a building management service that uses data from indoor climate sensors and feedback from users to analyze and recommend on how to achieve a lower energy consumption while keeping the building and its users healthy. The system is delivered as a full package with sensors, feedback module, data connectivity, data storage, data platform and web app. The system continuously monitors the indoor climate and calculates e.g. energy efficiency, mould formation risk, moisture build-up, comfort level, occupancy etc.

CLIMAID Home is easy to use and does not require a great deal of knowledge about indoor climate to use it. Once you have ordered, we will send you the complete solution. They work as soon as you open the boxes, so you just have to make sure they are installed in the homes. The measurements can be continuously followed via our online platform CLIMAID Insight, from which messages are also sent to the residents if, for example, more ventilation or a high temperature is needed. CLIMAID continuously sends feedback to the residents with recommendations for a better indoor climate and lower energy consumption –but only if the measurements show that there is a potential for improvement, otherwise we do not disturb the residents.
